Will Anthropic restore access to Fable 5 worldwide by June 30, 2026?

Anthropic disabled access to Claude Fable 5 and Claude Mythos 5 worldwide in mid-June 2026 after receiving a U.S. government directive restricting access to foreign nationals. This market resolves NO if Fable 5 remains unavailable worldwide at that time, or if access is restored only to limited groups, specific countries, approved organizations, beta testers, government partners, enterprise customers, or U.S.-only users.
