Can this happen before the end of 2027? Rules for YES: - The Senate gives final verdict in an impeachment process against Alexandre de Moraes before midnight of January 1st, 2028(UTC). Reaching the time without it, settles on NO. - Alexandre de Moraes must not renounce or leave the court by other means in his own free will. If he does, it's a settled NO.
