Sports Cash-Out (v1)

Sports markets support partial cash-out before betting close. You can exit at least 10.000 tokens from a selected outcome.

Cash-Out Penalty

The penalty is time-based and quadratic:

penaltyRate = 0.05 + (0.35 − 0.05) × t²

Where t moves from 0 (market creation) to 1 (betting close). Early cash-outs incur a ~5% penalty; cash-outs near betting close incur up to ~35%.

Important Rules

• Cash-out is only available on sports markets.
• Minimum cash-out amount is 10.000 tokens.
• Cashed-out stake is final and removed from later settlement.
• Only your remaining open stake is eligible for winning payouts or refunds.
• The cash-out window closes at betting close time.
